Privacy Policy

CoursePin Golf is a daily golf-course guessing game. This policy explains the data we collect during MVP testing.
What we collect
- Game events such as starts, finishes, shares, group joins, leaderboard submissions, and clue flags.
- Leaderboard display names that players choose to submit.
- Group codes and group score entries when players create or join a challenge.
- Basic technical data such as browser type, approximate request metadata, timestamps, and error logs.
What we do not collect in the MVP
- We do not collect payment-card details.
- We do not require a full account to play the Daily Front 9.
- We do not intentionally collect precise player location from the device. Map taps are guesses in the game, not device-location data.
How we use data
We use gameplay and analytics data to run leaderboards, group challenges, improve clue quality, measure sharing, prevent abuse, and understand whether the game is fun.
Children
CoursePin is not directed to children under 13. Children under 13 are not permitted to use CoursePin or submit leaderboard names, group information, profile information, or any other personal information.
Data deletion and contact
To ask a question or request deletion of leaderboard, group, or profile information, email data-deletion@coursepingolf.com. Include the display name, player ID, group code, or email address you used so we can find the right record.
